6. Cleaning Appointment Scheduling & Quotation Policy
To ensure that we have sufficient time to properly assess your cleaning requirements and prepare an accurate quotation, Supernova Cleaning Solutions requires a minimum of three (5) business days’ notice to schedule a cleaning appointment. Please note that Canadian statutory holidays are excluded from the calculation of business days.
Once we receive your request to schedule a cleaning, a member of our Office Management Team will arrange an on-site visit to the location before the cleaning date. This visit allows us to assess the property, determine the scope of work, and provide an accurate and customized quotation based on your specific cleaning requirements.
Following the on-site assessment, a written quotation will be provided for your review and approval. A 50% deposit of the quoted amount is required upon acceptance of the quotation to secure and confirm your requested cleaning date and appointment time.
Please note that the requested appointment time is not confirmed until the quotation is accepted and the required 50% deposit is received.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, as this process allows us to provide accurate pricing and to properly allocate the time and resources required to deliver the highest level of service.
