Supernova Cleaning Solutions was established in July 2026 with a commitment to providing reliable, professional, and security-conscious cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.
We understand that every client has different scheduling needs. Our cleaners are available for daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend appointments, depending on availability. Whatever your cleaning needs, Supernova Cleaning Solutions is here to provide a convenient, professional service tailored to your schedule.
Secure Key and Access Procedures
Your security and peace of mind are among our highest priorities.
When a cleaner is scheduled to attend a job site, they will first report to our office to collect the required cleaning equipment and, where applicable, the client’s key. Upon completion of the cleaning, the key and company equipment are returned to our office. Client keys are securely stored in a designated locked lockbox when not in use.
If you prefer not to provide a key or access code directly to a cleaner, alternative arrangements can be made. You may provide the key to Eric, Owner and Founder of Supernova Cleaning Solutions, who can attend the property, provide the cleaner with access, and return to the property after the cleaning has been completed to secure and lock the premises.
Employee Background Screening
The safety and security of our clients are extremely important to us. As part of our hiring process, prospective cleaners are required to undergo a police criminal background check before being considered for employment.
Supernova Cleaning Solutions maintains a strict hiring standard and reserves the right to decline employment to any applicant whose background screening reveals a criminal record or other information that the company determines makes the applicant unsuitable for a position involving access to client residences or commercial properties.

In addition to conducting criminal background checks as part of our hiring process, Supernova Cleaning Solutions is fully insured, providing our clients with an added level of confidence and peace of mind.
